Sam was available earlier than planned so rang to make sure that was OK (it was). Communication was good throughout and he provided all the information I need to make a decision about whether or not to make the repairs needed. Thank you.

Sam initially had a tyre problem which was out of his control and delayed the pre-booked appointment but he kindly kept me updated by text so I knew when to expect him.
When he arrived he got to work straight away and the car fault was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Sam explained the solution in detail and language that I could understand. He made sure I was happy with his explanation before he left. I will definitely be happy to use Sam (he know his stuff), and Click again.

I think it's a possible over diagnosis. Could try a fix at 1/10th of the price and have a very reasonable chance at resolving. Attempted to contact after to try the easy fix but no response/interest. Did not provide a full write up with codes, so paid 74 quid for a diagnostics with no information at the end of it.
