Arrived an hour into the advised arrival time without any communication. Diagnosed it and left within 10 minutes, so worked out rather expensive. But can't really complain about that I guess. Diagnosed and explained the issue so job was ok. However, very poor communication while trying to book follow up work. Said he would call back and didn't. I sent a text the next day, to which he replied then ignored subsequent messages so I had to find another mechanic to do the work. Wouldn't use again based on poor Comms/reliability.

I discussed timing ect over message with Sam as I wasn't going to be in when he arrived. Sam arrived when he said and after some investigating work, he figured out the issue with my car after 4 long months of trying to resolve it myself. I cant thank Sam enough for his effort and would definitely recommend him anyone having issues with their car. I will certainly be saving his number in my phone for the future.
