Sam was excellent from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, was very well organised, and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He worked in a very tidy manner and left no mess at all on my driveway, which I really appreciated.

He was also very polite and professional throughout. While working on the car he took the time to point out a few things that may cause issues in the future, which I found extremely helpful and reassuring. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a thorough job.

Sam was punctual, polite, knowledgable. He discussed the problem, conducted comprehensive tests and following competent troubleshooting, left us with a working vehicle. Very satisfied.

So far I have called Sam out to diagnose the repair needed. He appears to be knowledgeable and offers genuine advice on what is best for the customer. The quote was given straight away, did not have to wait for it for long. He would be someone I would trust to get the work done, but have not proceeded just yet due to an injury which does not allow me to drive at this moment.
