He listened closely and answered all of my questions about the functioning and the adjustment of the parking brake very knowledgeably.

He went out of his way to make sure that the work addressed the MOT failure and he talked us through it. The retest passed of course but we valued the reassurance.

He was a thoroughly nice person to talk to and is someone who can be trusted. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.”
