Really happy with the work carried out — the quality was excellent, and everything was done right on time, which I really appreciate. Communication could be a little better; it wasn't always easy to get updates or responses, but it didn't take away from the overall standard of the job. Would use again.

Car was picked up on time and the work done in good time and to a high standard. Would recommend.

The service was well executed, although it was necessary to take the car to the workshop and replace another part that was not in the estimate, which ended up costing much more than the market price. Also, the car was returned with the driver's side very dirty with oil on the carpet and the B-pillar.

Although there had been confusion regarding whether or not the car was actually booked in for interim service, once it was confirmed the car was collected and returned promptly and the service report sent by email. It would have been helpful had I been told this though as I had assumed that there was no information about what had been checked.
