Did work that wasn’t even needed, Then still charged me!
So after deliberating choosing a company that is supposed to come to you and do the work, even asking online questions like “can we do the work with enough space there?” etc - a guy turns up and says im taking it away, which i was reluctant about to say the least.
I get a call later saying they had replaced my brake pads but they didn’t even need doing?! Was an error from the last service provider who didn't reset the system.
Having checked and seeing the “old pads” were perfectly fine, swapped them for another new set, stuck the wheels back on and then thought “maybe we should call and ask why they need doing? But we’ll still charge £150 for the job 👍 “.

He was great. Arrived on time and took my van for a couple of hours and returned once the oil filter and oil changer was done.
