Really happy with the work carried out — the quality was excellent, and everything was done right on time, which I really appreciate. Communication could be a little better; it wasn't always easy to get updates or responses, but it didn't take away from the overall standard of the job. Would use again.

The service was well executed, although it was necessary to take the car to the workshop and replace another part that was not in the estimate, which ended up costing much more than the market price. Also, the car was returned with the driver's side very dirty with oil on the carpet and the B-pillar.

Hi there
I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. When we collected the car the nearside rear brakes were metal on metal which in turn had caused severe damage to the caliper and the piston boot which was why it needed replacing. Although the car was in yesterday (the day before the 4 day Easter weekend) we managed to locate a new caliper and still get the car back to you so you weren't left without a car for four days. This was the only caliper we were able to get to guarantee you got the car back before Tuesday next week and were advised of this and also of the price prior to us ordering it in.
As for the marks on the drivers side of the interior all I can do is apologise for this and I more than happy to get the car collected next week at your convenience so that we can rectify this for you. If you wish for this please give us a call when we are back open on Tuesday and I will arrange this with you.
