On time to collect my car for a service, returned quickly, couldn’t ask for anything else.

Very knowledgeable, pointed problems I could not see.showed videos as well

Although there had been confusion regarding whether or not the car was actually booked in for interim service, once it was confirmed the car was collected and returned promptly and the service report sent by email. It would have been helpful had I been told this though as I had assumed that there was no information about what had been checked.

The person who came wasn’t an actual mechanic he brought a diagnostic machine with him but that’s not why I requested . I said the car was struggling to start they claimed I’d did it started fine . I tried to speak to the garage to find a resolution he told me he didn’t like my attitude and hung up on me
