There was a mix up with the time but he was so helpful and accommodation, a really great service.

I was very impressed with Mirza. My appointment was booked for 6-8pm slot but he arrived 20 minutes early and messaged me politely giving me the opportunity to start earlier if convenient for me. Which I thought was very nice and helpful for me.

He did the job of replacing my battery and doing all the checks I wanted efficiently and was knowledgeable, personable and answered any questions I had as well as offering information I was not aware off.

Lastly I was satisfied the new battery was guaranteed for a year and he also assured me I could WhatsApp him anytime for any issues in the future

This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic service and I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly it was conducted and as a result I will be requesting a service and Mot when the time comes in the future.
