Mirza carried out a pre-purchase inspection on a CLA250 I was considering buying. He took the time to call me before the check and explain the process and what he would be checking for, as well as acknowledging the aspects I wanted a thorough check on. Afterwards, he sent across the inspection report and had a detailed call with me to explain his findings.

Overall, I found him to be very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He was also very polite and spent a lot of time to explain everything to me - would highly recommend.

In this day and age with the cost of living, having a large purchase such as a car to be independently checked is an absolute must and I can honestly say it was the best £130 spent. Ash gave me a curtesy call prior to arriving to run me through what he would be doing and I received his report within an hour of his finishing. I had a few questions and he very kindly took the time to call me and run thru the report and go into the potential red flags in detail. As a woman, what I particularly appreciated, knowing very little about cars, was that at no time did I feel patronised when he was explaining things.

Didn't realise I would lose the car for most of the day. Otherwise very happy. Hasn't been so clean since the day I took delivery.

AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE ..I certainly cannot recommend Mirza and Crown Motors.
Having booked an interim service and MOT with pick up and drop off my car is picked up and taken to Crown Auto’s Slough.. .Later i am contacted by Mirza who informs me it will cost £1000 + extra to get the car through the MOT.. I instruct him to cancel the MOT and to just carry out the service .. He tells me the service has been completed but I now have to pick up my car as i don’t wish to pay the extra and go ahead with the MOT…After much hassle, stress, expense and the waste of a day I get my car home.. On inspection to my disbelief I discover the service hasn’t been done!!! . . This has been A Bad Day .to end all bad days..
