Harvey carried an intense investigation to try and discover the problem. He explained his finding and was honest with the prognosis. He explained the cost breakdown of each element and the costing.

I never met Harvey as the work was done while I was away from my work site.
I had good communication from him before his arrival and according to colleagues he arrived on time and as far as I am concerned the job was done without any drama.
