Harvey was great. The only annoying matter was that I was charged £40 extra . This was due to the garage where the car was kept taking a long time to get the keys. Harvey informed me he waited 30 minutes / the garage said he waited 10 minutes as seen on cctv. I have no evidence for either / it’s just annoying to be charged for something that was totally not your doing. It will make me think about using click mechanic again
