Kai contacted me the afternoon before the appointment to make sure all was still ok. He turned up within the timeframe he said he would and let me know when he was here.
He carried out the service quickly and effectively and then did a drive test. He explained a few areas to me to keep an eye on and I thought his professionalism and manner was top notch.
