“I was in contact with Juan, who was keen to get the job of throttle body replacement for a 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero done.
He had sent another mechanic who arrived after dark.
This mechanic brought a replacement which fitted, but it had the wrong connector.
After this, he took my old throttle body away overnight in an effort to find a correct one.
The following day I called and was told that they had been unable to get a new throlled body immediately, but had one on order which would arrive within four business days.
Juan himself came the following afternoon and said he'd clean and refit the old throttle body.
This seems to have fix the problem of "limited performance".
Overall, a good job was done.
I have been charged only for labour at a very reasonable rate (considering all the work involved in sourcing the correct part), and I have been refunded the portion of payment that was for the replacement part.
This is my second time using Click mechanic, and I think I will use them again in future.
Thanks for all your hard work Juan and A.N.Other. The car is performing really well, so I think the problem was building for a while.”

“I heard about click mechanic from a friend and he said it was the best way to get an mot and a service done and was just what i needed. So i contacted them and they put me in contact with paul a mechanic that did work for them. the mechanics they use are checked out and have years of experience. I spoke to paul and had a chat with him and he came to my flat took the car to his workshop done a service and had a check round the car and took it in for the mot and it passed without any problems. Paul phoned me up and said the car passed the mot and it's parked in your parking space outside the flat. So i went outside to get the keys back and thanked him because to have someone like paul to take all the stress out of doing all that for me is a god send. but the moral of this story is i am77 and i have had cars since i was 22 and know alot about cars but for people that don't know about cars i can't recommend click mechanic and paul highly enough because to have some one like paul take your car for an mot to the same garage each time the chances of you getting ripped off is nil because they know he is not going to take the car there to fail so if i have any problems with my car paul is the first person i shall be asking for because i am always looking for the best of the best and thats what you get with click mechnic and paul.”
