Chris and his colleague were excellent. Fitted new start/stop battery for me. Coded it back to my car. Then checked it was all working correctly. They even done a health check on my old battery, to show that it did need changing. Would definitely use again.

Chris was excellent. He was really knowledgable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained the issue fully and clearly. This is the first time I have used Click Mechanic. Very good. My only criticism - and I guess this is just my misunderstanding of how it all works - is that when I made the initial booking, I thought I had a confirmed booking for the slot I had picked. Only to hear a few hours later that no one had accepted the time slot and I had to offer others. I thought that could have been made clearer to newbies. Perhaps it was glaringly obvious and I missed it!

2 Mechanics came on scheduled time and carried out condenser replacement outside the house. completed the job shortly. My aircon is back. Highly recommend them.
Only the downside is you need to see a mechanic 1st to know what and where is your problem as they only said "we will work on whatever you ordered", otherwise you may end up replacing something else.

Andrew and his colleague were very punctual, friendly and had the job done within 15 minutes. Very competitive price compared to what others had quoted. Would 100% recommend & will use again if needed.
