Great - had the car air-con re-gassed. Very convenient to be able to do this at home. Looking forward to not baking in the car now!

Kieron was polite, friendly and did what I asked him to do. He provided several reasons for the fault I'm experiencing and didn't try to blind me with techno-speak.

Chris was on time, polite and got stuck into my van immediately. He was able to identify the problem (a recently fitted battery that was inferior and the wrong type, it needed an EFD). He explained how to claim on warranty with previous mechanic and also offered to troubleshoot if previous mechanic refused to help. Very pleased with visit. Although problem is not immediatlw rectified, I knew exactly what to do by the time he left.

Genuinely so impressed, Chris has exposed all garages and there 8am drop off - 5pm pickup nonsense. In and out in 40minutes for a full service.

It’s a 24 year old car that I “panic” bought straight after my Clio’s clutch went for £1000. I’ve been using it no issues everything seems sound but the lack of mechanical clarity was making driving quite distracting so paid an incredible price for a full service and now have complete peace of mind.

Blackbox gone ✅, Fresh Service ✅, Clean bill of health ✅, time to enjoy driving for once without a narcy blackbox!
