“OK ..... happy too ....,. This chap was .... exceptional ...... I have never ever considered, in fact didn’t even known you could get a car fixed over the “internet” ..... within two hours of making the booking, giving three days as possible, this chap phoned me and asked if he could pick the car up in two hours, he explained that he would take it away and gave me an eta to expect it back. He phoned me once when the car was on the ramp to explain what the problem was and fixed it and dropped it back bang on time. I really can’t fault this engineer, polite, punctual, knowledgable and above all a really fast and cost effective fix. Having used Volvo main dealers to service our company cars for over thirty years ......, this was another level ...... I don’t have that many cars now ....... but that engineer (sorry forgot his name) has got the business .... I’m doing this now and in future on-line and I’m telling anybody who wants to listen ..,, it’s the new normal. Good luck to you ... great concept and absolutely works when you can call on the sort of calibre of that engineer !!!!”

“I held off on my review you on purpose as I had a very long drive to do and I could test the part that my mechanic had replaced

let me start by telling you my predicament I had a breakdown in the middle of nowhere air and it was a CV joint on my nearside I did manage to get it recovered to my ex partner's house which is 60 + miles away from where I live I used this app to find a mechanic that could come out to fix the problem and was very hesitant to do so but by pleasant surprise this was a very easy and painless the mechanics that was assigned to my car was punctual forthcoming and very communicative I also had an additional problem where I lost my locking wheel nut and the wonderful mechanic also sorted out that problem to I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend this app to others and friends are like five star service s s”
