Thorough and clear about the faults and what was needed. I would use Paul without hesitation.

Turned up late supposed to arrive 8-10 apparently part ordering issues. Then advised part supplied was defective had to be pushed to get a part for next day initially told Friday at the earliest. Paid top money for not great service had to come back and fit part next day which meant another day no car not ideal!!!
