This is the second time I've had Paul sort my car out and both times his done a brilliant job and was very helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely use him going forward.

He explained what was wrong very clearly, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution to fix it in a reasonable time frame.

The guy who was replacing my alternator truly deserves a 6 out of 5. Professional, efficient and got the job done on time. very grateful to him being on time, and did what I expected him to do.

Click mechanic : Not so good, when calling I asked for a Denso Alternator, and the guy on the phone confirmed this to me, but when the Paul arrived he told me he had no clue about this and no one informed him. I was so upset of this, but could not just reschedule and demand the asked alternator brand to be fixed, It will not be fair so I settled for it. Would it easier and cheaper I guess to order the alternator from the internet and just ask for it to be fitted.
