Paul was very good. The job actually took 2 hours more than first thought. He explained this too me on the day and explained he could try and do it in the allotted time but if he was a long way off finishing he would have to come back. He agreed to come back when convenient to me and though it was pouring down with rain spent 4 hours repairing the car. Very good service.
