“Jason arrived as advised and very quickly identified the issue with the power steering on my Audi TT Mk1 as a failed high pressure PAS pipe. Jason and I discussed the issue and price of replacement and labour costs and decided that he would order in the failed part from Audi and re-attend to replace the part when he had received it. Jason duly arrived back and completed the works demonstrating that the repair had indeed resolved the issue. I have nothing but high praise for Jason’s efforts in resolving an issue which had made my car practically un-drivable meaning that a mobile mechanic was the only realistic option for repair. I would gladly use Jason again to work on my car and as such cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“I booked a brake shoe replacement for my car on Saturday, expecting it to be a same-day service. However, when they to pick up my car back, I was told the repair wouldn’t be completed until Monday. Since I needed my car the same day, I expressed my concern. The technician then called the manager to see if anything could be done.

To my surprise, the manager agreed to get the job done that same day, even though the garage was closing at 1 PM! They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and I was able to get my car back later that afternoon.

“Shoukat was great. I booked him to check out a newly converted 2019 Boxer van, that was many miles from my home. He let the owner know when he was arriving, was polite to them, did a good job checking out the van, sent me photos & a video, pointing out what was correct & what was needing major attention. We had a phone chat after I had looked through his report & was very helpful in making clear what could or couldn't happen a rough price to re-pare, but also pointed out that as it was an on site check, there could be more problems that he couldn't see there & that if he was looking at it for himself, he wouldn't buy it. He did say it was a real shame, as the owners were great people & had done a really good job on the conversion, but it wasn't the best van to have worked on. I suggested to the owners, that maybe they should contact Shoukat in the future, to check out the next van they are looking to convert to sell on, before buying again.
