Andy was fantastic, and I'm very happy with the brakes he replaced for me. Very friendly, great communication and took the time to clean the caliper housing to ensure the brakes work smoothly.

I had cause for concern when I started to hear a rattling noise when driving on uneven road surfaces. I booked an inspection via click mechanic and had a slot the very next day!
Andy messaged to advise when he would call by and arrived at the time specified. He was very friendly and happy to listen to all my concerns. Through Andy’s knowledge, the issue was located, explained clearly to me and fixed as requested. I feel happy with the resolve and with my mind now at ease, I look forward to driving my car again. Although not the news I was hoping for Andy was brilliant in explaining everything to me I couldn’t fault anything.

Andy arrived well within the 8 to 10 am window this morning. Very nice man. I liked him immediately very personable. Very professional attitude. He went over the job before he started with me. I passed on to him what the AA had diagnosed which was a replacement Alternator belt. He got straight down it and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He then checked over his own work reset a few things on the dash board then did a test drive around the block to check things were running smoothly.
