Jamie was prompt and easy to deal with while I was away and he came to a relative's house where my car was being kept. Only downside is that some Aircon hose or tube was left disconnected which caused a lot of water to leak into the car after the work was done, which I didn't see for two weeks as I was away when work was done. Came back to soaked floor and a mouldy car.

Jamie was fantastic again. Had rear brake pads done by him last year so was pleased that he was available to do the front ones this week before my annual service is due. Turned up when expected, called upon arrival, immediately remembered having worked on the car previously, said it'd be done within an hour and was finished well inside that. Even apologised for a tiny bit of rainwater getting on the interior having had to open the driver's door to turn the wheels. Can't fault the level of communication, service, or speed with which the work was carried out. Excellent all round.

Jamie was friendly and changed my brake pads and disks within the hour. Much cheaper than taking it to a garage :)
