JAMIE WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT .HIS CHECKS CONFIRMED WHAT I SUSPECTED THAT THE STARTER MOTOR WAS FAULTY.

Jamie was very communicative and explained what he was going to do, what he had done and what his findings were. Unfortunately the problem was electrical not mechanical, so it remains unresolved.
