“The mechanic who turned up on the first day did not introduce himself therefore, I assumed that it was Daniel (whom I was told will be visiting). As it turned out, the work required more time so he said that he was coming back the following day. He wanted my phone number to confirm time etc later and I told him that he already had my number. That's when he said that I had been talking to another guy not him. Communication was not handled well but all in all, the job was done well.”
