Arrived on time, called me all through the repairs, explained everything done, polite and very helpful, happy to use again in the future

Joseph was absolutely fine. He went to great lengths to try to identify cause of humming/whining engine noise. Nothing concrete identified …suspects wheel bearing but nothing as yet significant. Did however discover a plate pressing on back of brake disk assembly. He eased this off and engine is now much quieter. Very impressed with his dedication.
