Joseph came prepared to fit a new starter motor if needed but the diagnostic showed it was a battery failure. He jump-started the engine to give a small recharge until it was running sweetly and did a comprehensive check of any other potential problems, and said otherwise the car was in good condition. As a friend could supply a new battery the next day I was happy to get helpful advice and a load off my mind, having feared it was something serious. Great to have individual attention at a time to fit in with my day, instead of waiting for recovery to a big garage with competing jobs going on, and all done in the rain too.
