“Mass turned up exactly on time and got straight to work changing worn brake pads. Explained what he was doing and was not afraid to get dirty and brush all grit and dust out of the calipers. He also drained excess brake fluid and recommended a fluid change in the next few months due to the colour. When all was done, he took the car out for a short test and asked me to do the same - when I reported it felt different to before he also explained why. Overall great communication from Mass and would highly recommend him.”
