“Jose came to my home to change the brakes on my van and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. From the outset he was exceptional — extremely personable, professional, and reassuring.

When it became clear that the replacement parts supplied were incorrect and the existing parts fitted to the vehicle were not OEM, Jose went well above and beyond what would normally be expected. Rather than cutting corners, he took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, diligently sourcing the correct parts at significant cost to his own time. He then rescheduled promptly to ensure the job was completed properly.

The quality of his workmanship was thorough and highly professional throughout. What really stood out was the confidence and ease he gave me as a customer — no problem felt too big, and I had complete trust in his mechanical expertise from start to finish.

An excellent mechanic who clearly takes pride in his work and customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jose and will absolutely use him again.”
