“I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Ali.
I was originally facing a 4-week wait with a local garage for a timing chain repair, but Ali stepped in and completed the work that very weekend, which was a huge relief. The pricing was clear and fixed through the site, and he also gave honest, knowledgeable advice — recommending that I replace the tensioner clip and auxiliary belt at the same time, which gave me extra confidence the job was being done properly.
From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He kept me informed throughout and even reassured me that I could call anytime over the weekend to check on progress, which really put my mind at ease.
I’ll admit I was initially a bit apprehensive about using ClickMechanic and choosing someone with fewer reviews, but after speaking to Ali, he quickly reassured me with his experience — including work on larger engines and full engine rebuilds. He absolutely delivered on everything he promised.
