“Initially went to the wrong location due to a sat nav issue, but they called and we sorted that out. The two guys got straight to work without much discussion, I ran them though the jobs and asked them to check for a suspected intermittent coolant leak, possibly from the lower radiator hose, but they couldn't see anything obvious and the radiator was well covered so they didn't seem to want to investigate too much. Service, brake fluid change and drive shaft boot replacement was carried out within a couple of hours, though they were unable to do the requested auxiliary belt change because they couldn't get the bolt loose and were concerned about damaging something, so I'm left with that problem to resolve. Price was adjusted accordingly, but I'll need to go elsewhere for that work.”
