On time, got to work straight away and completed oil/filter change, rest dashboard message. No mess left on drive.

Harry replaced the break pads and discs as requested. However when my partner went to drive the car the next day, the breaks did not respond very well at all. Cost me another £100 to get a garage to properly bed in the breaks. To be fair we did not contact Harry to fix this as the car was going into a garage to get the engine light checked.
