Jon was excellent. Highly professional and gave me some excellent tips for my discussion with the seller. Also explained the faults found in easy layman terms.

Very good service. I have no complaints, and I got more help than I expected. The fault was explained clearly and dealt with any questions I had were answered.

Im really disappointed with the service given, I booked a slot between 10-12am which i had arranged with the seller of the car. At 11:45 no sign of Johnathan. I called and left a message but didnt get a call back. Another hour passed and I called again and was told that the last job had run over but he was now on the way to do my inspection and he would call the seller with his new ETA. He didnt call and most of the day I had the seller messaging me asking what time he was going to be there. I spent the whole day trying to chase up Johnathan and trying to reassure the seller that he was coming, which is what wanted to be doing while i was trying to do my own job as well. He ended up turning up after 15:30 from what should of been a 10am appointment.

I wasn't there to witness the inspection but from what I understand, the car wasn't even jacked up to check the underside as there are no pictures in the report. No pictures of the interior or real mechanical information. He called me at 10pm to tell me what he had found (which is exactly what the seller disclosed) and told me that the report would be sent to me that night. By 3pm the next afternoon , the report still hadn't come through so I chased up Johnathan by text asking him to send it over. He did send pics and the diagnostic report but the actual report didnt get emailed to me until the following morning and lacked the detail I expected from a 'Premium Inspection'. Im really disappointed with the service and will be asking for a part refund for this extremely poor service. Read more

My mechanic was great, friendly knowledgeable, and went the extra mile couldn’t ask for more.

Jonathan carried out the work required and advised what extra work was required and the price, the only downside was lack of communication, was late picking up car, and also the work took longer than stated and I was not informed. However I was very pleased with the work carried out, but updates would be helpful. Despite the negatives I would recommend Jonathan, for the professionalism of the actual work carried out. He made sure the work was completed despite the unexpected delay
