Pre purchase inspection booked through clickmechanic. We had no issues with the inspection itself or the report produced. But disappointingly given there was a third party involved (the seller/trader), he was slow to reply and haphazard in his communication. He turned up several hours late without apology or explanation to either us or the seller. Despite telling us he would call straight after the inspection (booked for 10-12 on a Friday) we didn’t receive a call or the report until the next evening and only after we chased it up; not what was agreed.

Pre purchase report done on same day .. exactly what i wanted. Very responsive and the report was provided promptly followed by a telephone call to explain in a bit more detail. Very satisfied!
