Carried out work to a good standard . Van going well. Mechanic knew how to replace the faulty parts

My repair has never been completed by Alan even though Alan has messaged you as job completed and he has taken £424.76 from my bank account. I have been left with no car to drive. for nearly 2 weeks. I am now in process of having to find another mechanic to sort the problem. As I’m sure you can appreciate I am very annoyed and angry. He hasn’t contacted me since his last visit on Monday. He says my car needs to go into his garage for auto electrician but it is a 45 min drive away . He knew how far away I was before accepting job. He has been coming with wrong parts. My compIaint was I was driving in heavy rain when my windscreen wipers stopped working.

Two well knowledgeable lads attended, they were absolutely brilliant put my mind at ease and found the issues very quickly.highly recommended . Thankyou
