Wrong diagnosis from yourselves so out of pocket and still needs repairing

Wrong diagnostics by us? We vehicle technician fitted the resistor like you asked us too, we did not diagnose the fault.
We even fitted another blower motor you had for free. Then came to the conclusion your inline fuse had blown, And needs workshop attention.
If someone else on the network missed diagnosed you should raise a concern with click mechanic, I hope this issue is resolved for you
