Alan, or one of staff made a job, without change any parts , and i paid full about 210 quid, for a nothing , how it is possible ,full refund immediately,

i did not attend personally, i get your frustration and how angry you are, but here is what happened as i want full clear transparency.
mechanic attended job for clutch master replacement, part supplied was clutch slave so incorrect part. customer wasnt at the vehicle but girlfriend was, mechanic suggested a diag insp and brake bleed to check the job to see if it was leaking - none was found and he suspected clutch faulty. customers girlfriend agreed.
i forgot to ammed booking to what was done and customer was charged for a master cylinder - job refund in the process due to our error

work was completed, as diagnostic amounted too vehicle had previous steering pump replaced but had swarf in lines (carried out by another garage) customer did not want to pay for new steering rack so advised to go back to original garage and ask for a gesture of goodwill.

My repair has never been completed by Alan even though Alan has messaged you as job completed and he has taken £424.76 from my bank account. I have been left with no car to drive. for nearly 2 weeks. I am now in process of having to find another mechanic to sort the problem. As I’m sure you can appreciate I am very annoyed and angry. He hasn’t contacted me since his last visit on Monday. He says my car needs to go into his garage for auto electrician but it is a 45 min drive away . He knew how far away I was before accepting job. He has been coming with wrong parts. My compIaint was I was driving in heavy rain when my windscreen wipers stopped working.

Hi, just to clarify this. Job was booked incorrectly as a washer motor instead of a wiper motor. Wiper motor was ordered for vehicle and supplied wrong part - nothing I can do about this. Then customer refused to buy part from dealer and ask us to source a 2nd hand, which we couldn’t source (trying to help her out), this all added down time to the job. Once agreed, correct part was ordered from the dealer and fitted we found a underlaying fault for the bcm which we done free of charge. Customer did not want to pay for the replacement to complete the job and then said we are taking advantage of her. So we decided to carry no further work on the vehicle as our original fault was completed. Ongoing case via click mechanic going on. Read more
