He kept me informed throughout the repair
He advised me of an issue he was unable to address during the repair and service (tyre advisory)
I was completely happy with stephen and would use again and recommend him

I didn't meet Stephen as the vehicle was being bought from a dealer who wasn't local. However after the inspection was carried out, he assured me that it was a quality car, with no underlying issues. Stephen's previous views from other customers put my mind at ease of his honesty, professionalism and his years in the motor industry.
