Stephan came out early and is actually the first mechanic I've used on this platform to honour his booking slot. He returned in around an hour with an update and advised me that the issue was not my rear brake pads, but it was something else. He gave me the rundown of everything he had done and how he found the issue. He then advised me on what I need to do. He even changed his costs to accommodate the actual work that was carried out, instead of how much I paid on booking.

Stephan himself was very friendly and easy to talk to. He came across as very knowledgeable, and everything he said made sense and matched up with the research I'd done previously on the car.

Absolutely lovely guy!
Communication was good, asked when I was available incase I would be free prior to the pre set auto booking time.
Arrived when he stated within the hour.
Good and easy to talk to.
Got to work quickly to do the job that was arranged. Unfortunately gave me bad news but that's not his fault,stupid cars haha. He also gave good advice for future cars etc.
Will happily have conversation not even just about cars and treat you like a person and not just a job or a number.
Would highly recommend this guy especially as it will get you a diagnostic to get quotes and prices for different garages when you know the specific issue instead of paying a garage twice the amount for the same job prior to work being carried out to fix the issue.

I didn't meet Stephen as the vehicle was being bought from a dealer who wasn't local. However after the inspection was carried out, he assured me that it was a quality car, with no underlying issues. Stephen's previous views from other customers put my mind at ease of his honesty, professionalism and his years in the motor industry.
