Steven never turned up himself and didn’t tell me someone else would be coming in his place. No written diagnostics report was provided - I was expected to take everything on a phone call instead of getting an actual breakdown. Now he’s cancelled today due to a back problem. This has put me in a difficult position with timing on buying the car. Very unhappy with this service and have requested a full refund.

Stephen was brilliant, couldn't of asked for a better mechanic. Kept me up to date since he was assigned to my case. 10/10 service!
