“Andrei was efficient and tackled the job with ease from the start. Once he made his assessment, he handled the job professionally despite one or two problems which were also tackled with no issues. I was kept informed of uni foreseen problems and extra repairs that only developed once the work was underway. Andrei informed me of the work and how he was going to handle it and informed me of the extra cost. A very pleasant experience whilst coping with expensive repair bill. 10/10 for Andrei in every respect . Some minus points for Cluck Mechanic admin for taking the cost from the bank too soon before completion and confirmation by the Mechanic. This resulted in my frustration and the Mechanic having to effect a refund as you overcharged me.
The system is not straight forward with regard to any additional work
that may be found. I should have been able to have it added on to current work and not have to book it on the system for a different date while the Mechanic was there doing the extra work. The auto chat facility was useless and frustrating. This resulted in being charged call out for another date while the work was actually being completed on the same appointment. Automated systems do not possess common sense. This is perhaps some food for thought for your business acumen and customer satisfaction for the future. The Mechanic has enough on his plate without having to deal with you Admin inadequacy.”
