Arrrived 25 minutes outside the 2hr quote time slot. Zero communication from the mechanic. It was myself that had to instigate the communication. Very poor customer service. Then for drop off told it would be dropped off with in the hour. That was at 4:11pm. Car never turned to till 5:40. Won’t be using the mechanic again. Had the cheek to say that because of the mate pick up he would do a coolant flush for me. Even though I’d paid for it anyway.

To set the record straight for anyone reading this:
• The Schedule: You explicitly texted us stating, "I won't be in after 12:30". We collected the vehicle at 12:20 PM. While we acknowledge this was 20 minutes later than our initial estimate due to morning delays, we strictly honored your deadline to ensure you were not late for work.
• The Work and Pricing: Your total invoice of £440.88 was for a complex Heater Matrix Replacement. The £15.00 line item you refer to was strictly the cost of the antifreeze fluid itself, not a system flush. However, as a direct apology for our late arrival, our technician chose to go the extra mile for you. He performed a full engine flush and replacement—providing an extra 1.5 hours of skilled labor and £30 in engine flush materials completely free of charge to ensure your engine wouldn't suffer severe damage.
• The Return: Our technician messaged you at 4:11 PM stating the car was finished. It was delivered back to your home at 5:40 PM. A minor delay during peak afternoon rush-hour traffic is standard.
We maintained open communication and answered every call throughout the day. It is incredibly disheartening to our staff when they dedicate their own time and parts to provide free, essential engine-saving service as a goodwill gesture, only to be met with an inaccurate public review over a traffic delay. We stand by our technician's exceptional standards and accept your decision to take your business elsewhere.
