Damien was on time. He explained that an additional part was needed (belt tensioner) and we agreed that this would need to be replaced as well as the belt. All done quickly and without any problems.

As someone who isn't a car wizz, Damien was so polite, friendly and explained everything to me. Answered all my questions however dumb they were!

Was spot on when he got here but i never had to re top up my engine oil especially 1 week after my service was just done. I top up normally every couple of months sometimes once a year and i have had my car for 4 years no problems. Thank god i checked my oil because my car didn't warn me earlier enough. My engine would have ceased. I dont know if Damian was being stingy with the oil or what? Even when i asked for the rest of the bottle instead he used his own which he had before.

10/10. Will recommend to anyone I know who needs work carrying out. Had both my rear brake pads and discs done. Probably took less than an hour.
