Darren was excellent; he was very friendly and obviously very experienced and knowledgeable; he picked up on an issue not picked up during a recent service as well and did a temporary repair to buy some time.

Gareth answered all my questions and gave me a diagnostic along with an explanation of the issues itself rather than just showing my a screen.. explained in full everything. Would highly recommend. Peter was a top lad easy to communicate with and have good knowledge of what he was doing.

Both mechanics were VERY good, explained what they were doing and why in terms that I could understand. They were both very friendly. They diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with my car just a glitch in the sensors which had righted it self when the diagnostic machine was put on. I was very worried that they were going to diagnose all sorts which would have cost me a fortune but they didn't. If I ever have a problem with my car in the future I would use them, for sure.

Mush was brilliant. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, punctual, generous, and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly.

Couldn't believe my car was taken 50 miles each way to get my MOT. cost me double the quote due to petrol costs . Collection was fine but driver had home issue so return by a different driver and very late so missed an appointment. Guys were polite enough but overall not happy.

The work was carried professionally and efficiently within the time slot and without any fuss or mess. Recommended.

Jose was good, however I didn't realise that he would have the car for over 8 hours. Having said the above, when the car was returned it did seem more quiet and drove more smoothly. Therefore can't fault his work.
