Very easy to work with. Paul did a service and investigated a “squeak”. He offered a solution to the squeak and i rebooked him to fix it a week later. Both times just gave him the keys and he texted me when done. Great for home workers. Paul pointed out some things that weren’t urgent or unsafe but need to be watched which was helpful.
