Im sorry to say. But after trying to resolve this and getting no where....
I have had an awful experience using this MOT centre through ClickMechanic. Communication was non existent. And my car was delivered 2 days late. This I only found out after calling them!
When the car was then driven over 25mile back. After being towed away. The driver asked for 10 cash because he put feul in.
The evening after the car was delivered i got stranded again. Due to the clutch line not being bled correctly.
Very poor service
And a very unhappy customer.

We’re sorry to see your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
Following your concerns, we made every effort to support and advise on the issue promptly. Based on the symptoms described — particularly the need to pump the clutch — this points towards a hydraulic fault rather than the clutch assembly itself. The clutch kit we installed is a mechanical component, whereas your issue is consistent with loss of hydraulic pressure.
It’s important to note that the clutch master cylinder had been replaced prior to our work by another garage. This component is responsible for maintaining pressure in the system, and if faulty or incorrectly fitted, can lead to the exact issue you experienced.
Unfortunately, this falls outside the scope of the clutch replacement carried out.
Regarding the repair, during installation we identified previously fitted incorrect/damaged pressure plate bolts, which required sourcing genuine replacements from the main dealer. This was necessary to ensure the work was completed safely and to manufacturer standards, and did result in a delay.
The vehicle was road tested prior to handover, and no fault was identified at that time. We also remained available to review the vehicle further; however, any additional diagnostic work relating to components not replaced by us would be chargeable.
We understand your frustration and take your comments on communication seriously, and we will use this feedback to improve our processes going forward.
