Quoted for work that vehicle does not require I.e replacement battery. A good mechanic would have noticed the battery was not secured in position and after testing today there is nothing wrong with it. Brake price quoted was extreme to say the least not impressed if his name appears again on any future bookings it will be rejected instantly

The booking was for 8am to 10am, arrival was 16:00 to be instructed 35 minutes later they cannot do the job. It was mainly me the customer keeping in touch as opposed to the other way round, little frustrated as I maneuvered my whole week for this car repair. The assist scratched my fairly newly furbished alloy wheel and tried to deny it, clearly he knew he had done it.
