Zeyad was great. He arrived within the agreed time slot and got straight on with the work. He got the job done within the estimated labour time although it did not get the car running again which we knew was potentially going to be the case so not Zeyad’s fault. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice of what to do next and was honest in saying if he knew the extent of the issue he wouldn’t have advised having the timing belt done in the first place. Couldn’t be happier with Zeyad and would highly recommend him.

Noman was tops as far as I'm concerned. Not only did he undercut my local repairers by around 50%(!) but his rep picked up the car promptly and returned it fully repaired by around 6pm. Totally impressed by Noman and his team and would recommend them to anyone.

The visit was a waste of money. I had clearly stated my problem , which was with the cruise control radar on my VW Golf. The mechanic who arrived was not a VW specialist and did not have the right software to analyse the problem. He left after 20 minutes with nothing achieved. He should not have accepted the job in the first place. I am very disappointed and consider I am owed a refund.

Dan’s service was great from start to finish. Easy to book a convenient time and prompt arrival which worked brilliantly for us as a large, busy family. Replacement brake pads fitted and good to go within the hour. Very pleased with these guys and will definitely use this service again.

He was fair and honest when talking about another part I could possibly need, when he could’ve pressured me in to getting it replaced then and there which I really appreciated. The guy that dropped my car off said there was no parking spaces, when there was, and asked me to park it which I could not because I had a drink and was over the limit. He then decided to park my car on the kerb which actually blocked him, and maybe others later, from driving down the street. Couple this with the company not being able to collect my car the week prior was not exactly a good experience. Second time round car collected before time and works carried out with my car returned very promptly

All done and professional service and communication. I was charged an extra £30 for same day service which I wasn’t thrilled about as there wasn’t a tick box to refuse this and I could have waited. I was merely stating my availability according to your calendar and then the surcharge was added. Not their fault though and more of a click mechanic issue. Lastly was just the fact that the service has not been added to the idrive on my BMW which is the digital service logbook. With the cost of a service and the power of evidencing the frequency of servicing when it comes to selling a vehicle, I feel a bit let down in this area and don’t really know what I can do about it.
