Clutch was replace and take over 2 days instead of 3/4 hours as per the booking
Car was delivered with EML issue with no prior call to inform on any issue and covered in grease . after taken car back to garage to get check out turn out to be crank shaft sensor was quote it over odds to get this repair and no mediation was even taken in consideration it your car it your problem and car was covered with grease in side and outside even on pedal even this was not even taken in consideration
No one expected to take car to garage and have to valet the car after no care or even effort was made to use plastic cover on seat
I was told garage get dry messing this what happens lol
Just got told pay up or come pick your car
Avoid at all cost manager or owner won’t even talk to you and using staff to put up with customer issue with no real ability to assist you
Summary I have car brand new clutch doesn’t start and a car cover with oil and grease and I pay 401 pounds including for privilege

My mechanic, sadly I forgot to take his name, was amazing! I called in the morning to confirm the time & told him how I was in a rush to get it sorted & he came over, sorted my brake pads & delivered my car back in time! I’d absolutely recommend him to everyone. Such a pleasure to deal with.

Happy with the work carried out but very disappointed with the lack of communication. Told it would be a 5 hr job. Car picked up Sunday night and not ready until the following Saturday. I had to call every evening to chase up.
