Car was collected and returned when they said it would be. Work completed with no issues. Will defo use this service again

They broke my oil pressure sensor while carrying out a timing belt change. They have said they've fixed this, and I received the car back eventually, but when I did none of the locks work and all the engine coolant has been drained. When I phoned the garage up, they don't want to know about it. The receptionist is very polite but the man I spoke to over the phone was very rude.
I've escalated the complaint with Click Mechanic.

I have no idea how they managed to cause these issues when conducting a timing belt change, but I would definitely not trust them to work on my car again. My car is undriveable, and I am having to pay out of my own pocket (I will of course seek to recoup these costs from Majestic) to simply diagnose the extent of the faults they've created, let alone fix them.

We had to call to check where they were as meant to collect car between 8 & 10 but they weren’t here by 10, but collected soon after. Mechanic was apologetic for being late and brought the car back late afternoon. Alternator replaced as requested, very happy with the work done. Would use them again

Yeah all good although communication wasn’t great posted my van key through the letterbox but it’s fine.

Obviously done a great job, 👍 but communication between mechanic, clickmechanic, and me not good . Done the job , got home from work went turn the car over nothing dead as dodo, no information on that the car battery is dead/ drained. I didn't know. Need more communication with customers please. My car was picked up, the driver/mechanic was cheerful, it was taken to a local garage who I have recently used, and returned by the same driver, within 2-3 hours no issues whatsoever, good service and reasonably priced.

nathan done a great job replacing my alternator he worked like a trooper with no breaks, he was very friendly and knowledgable.. how ever communication with the company itself was not the best. would of been great to be given updates or courtesy calls instead of me having to contact them especially when it’s gone past the agreed time slot , the first day i originally paid extra for as a priority slot ended up being changed to the day after because i was told click mechanic system did not specify it was a mobile job instead of a garage job. although i did pay for a mobile service originally , how ever the job is done , my vehicle is working great ! just think they need to work on their communication.
