0 communication van seemed to come back in worse condition then when I tool it.

The garage kept me informed every step of the way and were curtious and because some more work was needed the boss called me himself and car was delivered back ahead of time

I did have to chased for collection as it was after the allocated time but the MOT was done smoothly and was a quick turnaround

Mechanic was excellent, with cheerful manner. Although exceedingly busy fitted us in.

I found the mechanic Andrew and Daniel very helpful and polite and fix the thermostat on my car

My appointment was booked for between 18-2000, I called Majestic at 1800 to ensure they would turn up as the their website said they close at 1730 and was assured they would definitely be there.

Both lads turned up around 1915 and apologised for the time. They quickly confirmed what I needed doing to the car (brake pads and discs all round) and took helm.

Around an hour later, a knock at the door and the car was ready.

I cannot fault the lads that came out, or when I called the office. Both were very professional and courteous and just got on with it.

I would definitely recommend to others!.

Great service will definitely use again bit late turning up but everything else was good.
