The mechanic himself was terrific, he fully explained the diagnostic to me and the results of the work that he did. And although he wasn't able to completely fix the issue as it's something the manufacturer needs to fix, he explained it all and left me all the information I needed, and the work he did complete was great and done very quickly.

The communication from the office of the mechanic I was not at all happy with. When I first spoke to the lady in the office she gave me a quote which I agreed to. When the pre-authorisation for the payment went out however it was £40 more expensive. When I questioned it she stated that the part was more expensive than they originally thought and she had 'forgotten' to call and tell me. I went ahead with the work as I didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding another mechanic but the lack of communication resulted in me having to pay more than initially agreed so I wasn't too happy. They did a very good job. Noticed that the problem was not what I thought it was and phoned me to discuss it. It turned out it was a smaller job than I had anticipated. Well done 👍

Car was collected and returned when they said it would be. Work completed with no issues. Will defo use this service again

They broke my oil pressure sensor while carrying out a timing belt change. They have said they've fixed this, and I received the car back eventually, but when I did none of the locks work and all the engine coolant has been drained. When I phoned the garage up, they don't want to know about it. The receptionist is very polite but the man I spoke to over the phone was very rude.
I've escalated the complaint with Click Mechanic.

I have no idea how they managed to cause these issues when conducting a timing belt change, but I would definitely not trust them to work on my car again. My car is undriveable, and I am having to pay out of my own pocket (I will of course seek to recoup these costs from Majestic) to simply diagnose the extent of the faults they've created, let alone fix them.

Lovely man. Collection and delivery no problems. Taken car out for a nice drive and new clutch working well.

We had to call to check where they were as meant to collect car between 8 & 10 but they weren’t here by 10, but collected soon after. Mechanic was apologetic for being late and brought the car back late afternoon. Alternator replaced as requested, very happy with the work done. Would use them again

Yeah all good although communication wasn’t great posted my van key through the letterbox but it’s fine.
