Did job great was just that had booked 4pm slot and they came at 2pm didn't cause an issue but had arranged work around the planned appointment

Well, my car no longer rattles so that must be good. I only gave 4 stars for punctuality as it reflects reality but it wasn't their fault as they got caught in traffic. They were always letting me know what was occurring and so it was no issue.
