Dylan was an honest mechanic who gave good advice on work that he felt did not need doing even though it would have benefited him. His communication with me was excellent. Whilst we had some issues on when he would be with me to do the work, I totally understand how difficult it can be to keep to certain timescales when unexpected things crop up. However he kept me fully informed and was genuinely apologetic. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
