Great service from the lads. Slight issues with my car not starting after the service. But the lads didn’t give up or fob me off with some “it needs parts”. But I left them to it and 20 mins over allotted time my car was back working. Would defo recommend and I will be using them again

Kia Picanto Track rod end replacement (driver side)

Work was done ok,eventually.Took 2 days to do a 20 mins.job.Worried about what has happened to steering after job finished.
Reply from Dylan:
Because the track rod end has been removed you need to get your wheel alignment done as this is the case anytime you have a track rod end replaced and completely normal.
This isn’t a service you requested and not something a mobile mechanic does as it needs to go on an alignment ramp.
The reason the job took a day longer than expected was because the wrong part was supplied the first time, we attempted to go get another the same day but no where had it in stock local to you and you was restricted to times due to your working schedule hence we came back ahead of schedule the next day to get sorted.
So on the poor review, seems a little harsh.
