Dylan called in advance to try and fit us in earlier than scheduled. I was unable to accommodate so he honoured the original booking time. Turned up exactly as planned, completed work and went on his way. So much easier than taking to a garage. Top man!

The mechanic that came out did not complete the job and has charged me anyways. I was under the impression that if a job wasn’t complete then there shouldn’t be a charge. I have explained this to him but the money has been taken out of my account anyways. He said that there was a bolt that was rounded off and so he couldn’t remove it however the bolt was fine before he tried to remove it and now it needs specialised tools to remove which is going to cost me even more. I would like the money to be refunded back into my account as I am not paying for a job that not only wasn’t done but has been made worse. I have full CCTV footage of him outside my house working on my vehicle and I will post for people to avoid this mechanic and his bad workmanship. Read more

What a complete and utter lie.
Came to do job, you’ve attempted the job your self or someone else has rounding a bolt out. Attempted to remove, unable to do so. Purchased parts came to do a job, unable to complete as unqualified people (your self) have made an attempt and made it worse. Don’t carry bolt extractors as a mobile mechanic. Post whatever CCTV you want your a liar.

Dylan's mate attended my MOT and service although rather late took car for MOT as soon as he got their evidently met Dylan at the service station and both serviced the car their returned to me about one half hours later very satisfied with the work carried out can't complain about the quality of work will use again.

I was told someone called Dylan was the machanic they was sending, when the machanic turned up three hours late no phone call I had to ring them see what was happening ?? No apology… it wasn’t Dylan he was called Nathan .. and I was going in the ratings Dylan had so wasn’t happy to start with.. anyway Nathan was a really nice bloke who seemed to know what he was doing and got the job done even tho it took a lot longer than I expected as he was so late starting the job .. meaning I couldn’t go anywhere sk so a full day wasted hence I booked and 8am -10am appointment so I would have had all afternoon free ….

Hey,
We arrived at 11.15am which is 1 hour and 15 mins late. The time slot booked are ETA’s. (Expected time of arrival)z
Nathan is my buisness partner. It won’t allow for more than one name to be on the platform.
However fully agree on the phone call situation and someone should have let you know we was running behind as previously stated on the phone.
However please be advised that the job only got taken on the previous day in the evening so when parts was ordered the following morning (when suppliers open) it puts us back on time.

Came to do a clutch and brake flush, but got oil all over the drive from rear wheel, all over the tire and brake and on driveway puddle, 3 by 5 inch.

Not very clean, not oil stained driveway.

First and foremost it’s brake fluid change and was completely unaware of any residue left behind which could have easily been rectified with a simple phone call.
It would have taken us 2 minutes to clean.
We arrived in the allocated time, we communicated what we’ve done so unsure as to why you’ve knocked us down on that.
