Dylan turned up earlier than expected, upon inspection of the vehicle he advised the work that I had booked in wasn't necessary and I had been ill informed by a garage network, Dylan offered me advice on my current issue and also saved me money with his recommendations, I have since followed Dylans advice and the issue has been resolved.
